Nestled at the back of our substantial garden, the cottage has unique character. Built in 1923, it has been converted to a comfortable bed sitting room with lots of privacy. It features a pillow-top queen bed, a handmade diamond willow chair and cozy cottage decor. There is lots of storage space for clothing and personal goods which will make it ideal for those staying for more than a few days. An in room phone with free local calls and a 19” LCD TV with built in DVD player sit on a large work desk. High speed wireless internet makes it easy to stay connected with the rest of the world. The cottage uses the washroom facilities in the main house, accessible by a charming wooden walkway.
Use our kitchen to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and enjoy the casual, family atmosphere of our bed and breakfast. In warmer weather, use our barbecue to prepare your supper and dine outside at one of our two outdoor dining spaces or enjoy the secluded willow bench by our fish pond.
We include a parking space with your cottage, located steps away, for easy access to your vehicle.
Transit is extremely accessible; the nearest bus stop is only 30 seconds walk from our door. The “LRT”, Calgary’s above-ground subway system is located five minutes away.
